American Creme Horse Horse Registry (ACHR) :      Creator of the Stud Book that registers the Creme Horses and the horses in the NRC register.

Association Française du Cheval Crème (AFCC) :      Is a filiale of the American Association, we work with the American Association and also with the French National Stud and the French Ministry.

The National Stud : (Les Haras Nationaux) :       Registers the horses in the SIRE (horse data base). Les subventions aux associations.

The French Ministry of Agriculture : (Le Ministère de l'Agriculture et de la Pêche):      Has everything to do with the approuval of the association, recognizing the races and aplying the rules and modification to the stud books or registers.
